Melilla and me (The WTM series 1)
I'm living a strange life until Thursday, working in the WTM 2005 (World Travel Market), one of the biggest fairs in the tourism world. I work in a truly unlikely place, the Melilla Tourist Board stand.
Melilla is one of the two Spanish cities in northern Africa (the other one being Ceuta), 65.000 inhabitants in 12 squ. Km.
Funny things you do for money.
The picture is my stand. Obviously there's something missing in the middle, me.

Es la única palabra que entiendo como siempre, ya que yo para los idiomas estoy como que no.
Melilla tiene para mí una significación especial, ya que llegué a un gigantesco cuartel (no el de regulares) donde creía que las iba a pasar canutas. Pues no señor, mucha nostalgia, añoranza de aquel tiempo pasado.
Que ganas tengo de volver a ver mi cuartel.

Y por cierto, siempre que hablo de Melilla especifico el "no en regulares" porque parece un tópico ¿Melilla? Pues en Regulares seguro.
Si conoces Melilla estuve en un cuartel denominado Ramix32 en la Ctra. de Alfonso XIII y justo al lado del de Regulares.

Jesús Nada, que ando promocionando Melilla entre los súbditos de su majestad ;) ...yo nunca he estado allí...pero bueno, algo he aprendido estos días...de las 4 culturas, de la herencia modernista...enfin...bastante curioso el tema. Yo estoy de azafata-informador-turísitco ;)
