Welcome to East Croydon - Home of Nestlé UK
I´m coming here this month to lead quite a strange life 8 hours a day. Being a Spaniard in England, during those 8 hours I work, eat and live in a big building in French, together with Aurélie and Céline.
I spend 7,5 hours a day calling France.
Calling companies with names such as L´Amicale des vendeurs agréés or Féderation française de tennis de table
Speaking with people whose names are François, Michèle, Jöel, Thierry, Bernadette and Laetitia.
I specially like when the friendly French operators at the other side of the line welcome me and then tell me "Ne bougez pas", while they look for the information. And finally, once they have answered all my questions, just before they hang up, I love the way they wishper "Une belle journée". ¶ 00:00

El texto del Corvette sucedio asi...no lo toque en absoluto. Cuando me lo dijo, crei por un momento estar dentro de un relato de Carver :)
Este texto...me encanta la sonoridad de las teleoperadoras francesas, son maravillosas. La manera en que sus dulces palabras se quedan colgando en el aire...

Pienso exactamente lo mismo. Al leerlo "olía" Carver. Como surrealista. Y el de "las francesas" igual, tiene un "algo"...
Tendré que hacer un blog, cada vez me apetece más, material suficiente (pero no muy bueno, helaas)

Si hija si...si que trabajo...bien sur...pero te escribo entre llamadas y pausas...
La verdad es que ultimamente ando con ganillas de escribir, y todo sale a mi encuentro...pero el ingles, claro no es mi lengua, y es mas puñetero
