It´s Tortilla!!!
This is the way we would have it back home...well, the tomato salad lacks the garlic, but it´s more than OK.
And the bread is one of my sourdough creations.

Ingvar Kamprad got his start in business by riding his bicycle from farm to farm selling wooden matches to his neighbors. Once everyone had a supply of matches, Ingvar wisely decided to diversify his offerings, and soon was pedaling around the countryside delivering Christmas tree ornaments, ball point pens and, though it must have been a bit awkward, fresh fish. By age 17, Ingvar had formed his own company and named it IKEA, an acronym made up of his own initials (IK), the name of his family's farm (Elmtaryd), and the village of his birth, Agunnaryd.

Una magnifica tortilla de patatas, que supongo que te habrá sabido a gloria. Siempre llegamos a la misma conclusión donde se ponga una buena tortilla de patatas que se quite todo lo demás:-)

Sí, la verdad es que la comemos poco, en España tampoco nos prodigábamos demasiado. Así que...entre curry y curry...tortilla!!
A ver si un día de estos os pongo algo de mis dulces favoritos de ahora...indios, para más señas...

En España hay verdaderos adictos a Ikea. La verdad es que tienen cosas curiosas y con colorines especiales. Muy nórdico el mobiliario.
Lo de la tortilla es un arte y me extraña que algo tan sencillo pueda tener tanta variedad de consistencias y sabores. Aquí en Málaga la hacen de 3 dedos de altura y bastante seca, lo cual no está nada bien. En Madrid suelen hacerla mas fina y jugosa (el que sabe). El pan que acompaña la tortilla es también muy importante.
Iban , no voy a visitar más tu blog antes de comer.

...y por qué nadie de los angloparlantes (o algo así) comenta algo sobre la soberbia "tortilla de patatas" y sólo sobre Ikea???
La TORTILLA es lo realmente importante de la foto.
O es que no tienen ni idea de lo que es? Tiene una pinta buenísima!

Los europeos calculo que sí, pero los americanos a lo mejor creen que es una tortilla mejicana que me ha quedado un poco raro...Estaba rica, con su cebollita, pero tampoco es lo que mejor me sale, pa' que nos vamos a engañar, "anonymous".

...ES LO QUE TIENE LA TORTILLA :)
Lo unico....ahora mismo estoy mirando esta (y algunas otras fotos) y esta algo pasada de color...por la pantalla del ordenador de casa, que tiende a oscurecer los colores...asi que me temo que tendre que hacer algun retoque...
